Let me craft a custom itinerary for you or your group! Solo, group & event trips welcome!
Phase I: The Proposal - Before committing to a full trip, leave the initial research to me. I’ll put together itinerary ideas and an estimated cost. This is a great save the date for group trips, even if the date isn’t set in stone. A complimentary 30 mins intro consultation is included.
Phase II: The Plan - Ready to move on to a detailed itinerary? This phase will include finalized dates, a detailed itinerary, two narrowed down accommodation options, two recommended flight options, three payment plan options, and a complimentary 30 mins consultation for you or the group.
Phase III: The Adventure - Now it’s time to sit back and let me handle the bookings. From accommodations, tours, restaurants and all the logistics. At this phase I’ll add more details + finalize the itinerary, as well as include foods to try, packing list, etc. A complimentary 30 mins consultation for you or the group is included prior to the trip start to go over final selections, any final items and Q&A.

Group Travelers, it is recommended to start with Phase I!
Solo Travelers you can skip to Phase II if preferred, but doesn’t hurt to get a cost estimate and idea of the trip before committing. Up to you!
