The document will include:

• Detailed Itinerary for each day*

• Two Narrowed Down Accommodation Options Minimum

• Two Recommended Flight Options per City of Origin Minimum

• Three Payment Plan Options

• Other necessary Transportation bookings such as car rental, trains, etc. if applicable

• Trip Cost inclusions vs exclusions

• Other Document Requests such as Individual Pictures, Group Pictures, Room Assignments, Restaurant Options, etc if applicable

• Have a few different interests or activities the entire group might not be interested in? Optional non group activities can be priced and added

A complimentary 30 mins consultation is included. Consultation will include trip overview, payment plan options overview, payment instructions and Q&A. Complimentary consultations can be booked via the Appointments tab at the Menu bar. Note: There is a $3 deposit to book a slot. The $3 charge will be deducted from the trip cost on the invoice(s).
